We were out of milk on Monday, and Tuesday, and Wednesday. For those of who you who know me well, you know that this is a hardship for me. I love milk. Crave it. Drink 2-3 glasses of it a day. At least 2 gallons a week.
Wednesday night I asked Jonathan to go to the store and buy me some milk. He was tired and didn't want to leave the comforts of his home at 11 PM, but he agreed to go pick some milk up for me - just because he LOVES me.
Gas station near our house was closed.
BYU Creamery on 9th was closed (though they are usually open till midnight).
Macey's was open.
So, after three stores, and 20 minutes, my knight in shining armor came to my rescue and delivered two cold, fresh gallons of milk to me. Just because he loves me and knows that milk is important to me and so he wanted me to have it.
Milk has never tasted quite so good.
